The Wine Delivery Process
Every order that comes through 13WINE goes through a two part checking procedure to maximise control of the product and the speedy delivery to the customer.
With the state of the art website our personnel are instantly notified when an order has been placed. Dedicated staff locate the products in the store or warehouse, pack the product in our specially designed delivery packs, allowing freshness and breakage proof.
With our network of delivery partners the packages are picked up within hours and are on their way to you, the customer. Our delivery partner relationships give us maximum priority for any of our deliveries. We have earnt our number one standing for delivery and you get the benefits. We are number one with our delivery network which makes you number one.
Our local delivery service is all personally handled and travels by road. Our isolated customers are not forgotten, we’ll get it there by dinghy if we need too.
