Vitae is produced from the Sangiovese grape, one of the oldest grape varieties in the world. Grapes used for Vitae grow and ripen under ideal soil and climatic conditions in Puglia, the very south of Italy. Harvesting by hand ensures that only the best quality grapes are used for Vitae.
