Following one of the driest growing seasons on record with hot conditions throughout January, vines needed careful management to maintain healthy canopies and consistent crop levels. Warm dry weather, late in the season allowed disease free ripening and very early harvest dates. The fruit ripened consistently maintaining natural, balanced acidity and fresh, ripe varietal flavour. Jacob's Creek Shiraz Rosé captures both the rich berry fruit flavours of the warmer grape growing districts with the structure and spice from the cooler Shiraz regions.
