One of the South Australian icons, to be sure, and fulfils the promise of the 1998 vintage. A marvellously elegant example of very old vine (up to 150 years) shiraz, fragrant and scented aromas of berry earth and spice with a mere veneer of oak, and an effortlessly powerful palate in the same flavour spectrum.
