This delicious botrytised dessert wine is a blend of Riesling and Chenin Blanc with aromas of honey, cumquat and dried apricots. The rich and luscious palate follows through with honey, figs and apricot characters balanced by good acidity leading to a long, clean finish. Ideal as an aperitif it is also wonderful after dinner with rich chocolate desserts, dried fruits and cheese.
