Carlton Sterling is a double hopped 2.5% lager and as its name suggests, is a true marque of brewing excellence made from world-class ingredients. The finest of pale malts and roasted barley are used to create malt flavour and colour. Noble Saaz hops and Australian Pride of Ringwood hops provide a subtle yet distinctive hop aroma and flavour. Foster's unique double hopped brewing process, normally reserved for premium beers, maximises flavour to create a light beer of distinction. It's this unique character that brings an extra layer of flavour to this excellent quality low alcohol beer.
