13 WINE makes shopping online Easy, Safe and Secure in three simple steps
STEP ONE: Search the 13wine.com product database and select the wines, beers or spirits that you would like and place the order.
STEP TWO: Fill in your name and shipping details. This will help us to track your order and you will be emailed an invoice.
STEP THREE: Choose a payment method.
After you have placed an order online you can make a payment using any of the following methods:
- ONLINE: Enter your credit card details into our secure online order form for the fastest way to get your order processed.
This is the easiest and most efficient way to get your orders delivered. - PHONE: 13 WINE (13 94 63) Print out your order form so that you have your invoice details (you can print it from the screen during the order process or you can print out the email sent to you) and phone us.
- FAX: 03 9364 6699. Print out your order form (you can print it from the screen during the order process or you can print out the email sent to you) and fax it back to us including your credit card details.
- MAIL: 3A St Albans Road, St Albans, Victoria, 3021. Print out your order form (you can print it from the screen during the order process or you can print out the email sent to you) and mail it back to us including your credit card details or enclose a cheque payable to "13 WINE".
DON’T FORGET: Our delivery time range is up to seven days from receipt of payment. Usually we deliver in a shorter time period. If after seven days, you have not received your goods, please email us on Contact Us page and we can track where your wines are.
PLEASE NOTE: By printing out your order to Phone, Fax or Mail, the 13WINE internet ordering system will not remember your order once you leave the online purchase process. If you forget to phone, fax or mail your printed order, then 13WINE will have no indication of what you wanted to buy. So get your orders in and start enjoying the wonderful world of wine.
