A: We provide a seven day delivery time frame across Australia and New Zealand

Q: What if I am not home when my wine arrives?

A:: Australia Post will leave a missed delivery note outlining which Post Office you can visit to pick up your wines

Q: What Happens if My Wine Order is Taken from the Front Door?

A: 13 WINE and it’s contracted shipping agent will not be held responsible for any missing goods when delivered without a signature

A: If you find that the wines your receive from 13 WINE are in anyway defective, please notify us and return the wines and we will give you a 100% refund, no questions asked! Please note: this will exclude antique or investment grade wines
